Shipping policy

At Notchd Studio, every order is made to order with care in my WA home studio. Each keepsake is designed, engraved, and packed by hand, so your delivery may take a touch longer than a mass-produced item — but that’s what makes it personal.


Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding WA public holidays).

  • Once ready, your order will be handed to Australia Post and you’ll receive tracking details via email.

  • While we do our best to meet these timeframes, occasional delays with postal services may occur.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. All orders include tracking.

Christmas Eve boxes may be shipped separately if more than two are ordered in one transaction.

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.


International Shipping (New Zealand Only)

We currently ship selected acrylic products to New Zealand (for items up to 1 kg).

If your parcel weighs over 1 kg, rates will be calculated at checkout based on AusPost’s current international pricing.

Important: These costs cover postage only. Customers are responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes applied upon arrival in New Zealand.

At this stage, we do not ship to other international destinations.


Local Pickup

If you’re nearby, you’re welcome to pick up your order from Beldon, WA.

  • Select Local Pickup at checkout to remove shipping charges.

  • I'll contact you when your order is ready and provide pickup details.


Tracking Your Order

All parcels are sent via AusPost with tracking.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

  • If you can’t find your tracking email, check your spam/junk folder or get in touch.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because most of Notchd Studio pieces are personalised, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that goods will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or is lost in transit, please contact us so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
